Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

8. Delayed Shipments

While we provide estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control (customs delays, weather, carrier issues, etc.).

9. Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned as undeliverable will be refunded minus original shipping costs. Customers must cover reshipping fees if they wish to receive the order.

10. Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package:

  • Check with neighbors
  • Verify the shipping address
  • Contact your local post office
  • Allow 3 additional business days for delivery

After these steps, you may file a claim with the carrier.

13. Multiple Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the damaged item and packaging.
