Refund & Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Exceptions include:
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized items
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account
- Select the order containing items you wish to return
- Complete the return request form
- Print the prepaid return label (where applicable)
3. Return Shipping
- Domestic returns: Free return shipping for defective/wrong items
- International returns: Customer pays return shipping unless error was ours
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
4. Refund Processing
- Allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days
5. Refund Amounts
- Full refund for items returned in original condition
- Partial refund may be issued for items showing wear or damage
- Sale items refunded at purchase price
6. Exchanges
We currently offer refunds only. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order for the desired item
7. Wrong/Damaged Items
If you received:
- Wrong item: We’ll cover return shipping
- Damaged item: Contact us within 48 hours with photos
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Used or altered merchandise
- Items without proof of purchase
9. Store Credit Option
You may request store credit instead of refund, which:
- Never expires
- Can be used for future purchases
- Is issued immediately upon return approval
10. Holiday Returns
Extended return periods may apply during holiday seasons. Check our website for current seasonal policies.
11. Return Status
Track your return status through your account. You’ll receive email notifications at each processing stage.
12. Late Returns
Returns received after 30 days may be subject to:
- Restocking fees (up to 20%)
- Issuance of store credit instead of refund
13. Final Sale Items
All sales are final for:
- Clearance merchandise
- Special promotion items
- Products marked “Final Sale”
